Family Engagement Team is represented by teachers, parents, nurse, support and classified staff, the principal to meet the requirements of the Family Engagement Report issued by the department of Family Engagement. These include Family Curriculum Events and Focus Groups. The members also plan and implement Family events that are relevant to Bloom Elementary School’s needs such as Refugee Parent Events with the support of District translators.

The Bloom Boosters is a school -based organization designed to collaborate with the entire Bloom Learning Community.  Their goal is to make our school an optimal place for children to learn. Parents of students work together with teachers and staff to volunteer in classes, raise money for school projects and programs, and generally support the school’s efforts.  The mission of the Bloom Boosters is to ensure that each child’s accomplishments match their potential by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
