Dear Bloom Families,
My name is Lucinda Peralta Brunenkant and I am the very proud principal of Bloom Elementary School. I am very excited to welcome our returning and new families to Bloom Elementary Two-Way Dual Language School. You have made a great choice!
I am a Tucson native and a TUSD graduate. I earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a Bilingual Endorsement and her Master's Degree in Spanish Linguistics from the UA. A few years later, I earned my Educational Leadership certification from NAU.
My teaching experience includes Kindergarten through 6th grade at various sites, but one highlight is my teaching experience in Colombia, South America for 2 years. I also traveled to many countries as a cast member of the international group, Up With People. My interests include reading, shopping (for shoes), spending time with my family, 1000-piece puzzles, music, and playing the piano.
